When you book your party online it will require you to put $175 as a deposit in order to hold and lock the room for your party. KEEP IN MIND: that $175 deposit is NONREFUNDABLE & NONTRANSFERABLE. If you need to move your party date or time we can do that as a one time courtesy however it depends on if the new date and time is available and not booked by another person.
Please remind your guest that socks must be worn by both parents and children. All children must wear anti-slip socks in the play area and all adults must wear regular socks even if they are not assisting their children on the play the structure. Shoes, sneakers, sandals, and bare feet are not permitted past the swinging door or to go to the restroom.
Please keep in mind your party is 1 hour and 45 minutes in length, 10 – 15 minutes prior to your event being finished your party host will inform you and start cleaning up the room.
Remember you, your spouse and the birthday child(ren) count towards the guest count. ONLY infants that are in a carrier the ENTIRE time of the facility are not considered a guest towards your guest count.
You are allowed to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your birthday party start time. If you arrive earlier you will not be allowed in the play area until your party time begins. Please keep in mind if there is a party being held prior to your party, your room may not be available. However it does not cut into your 60 minutes of play in the play area.
The maximum number of party guests in one room is 25 children. If your party is 26 or more you are required to book an additional party room. Please make sure that 2 party rooms are available at the time of booking.
All guests including parents or guardian must sign a waiver. Parents or guardians will sign for their children. You must bring a form of identification. (Driver’s license or government issued I.D.)
All parents must be with their children at all times, whenever they are in the facility.
You may bring a birthday cake only. No ice cream, ice cream cake, outside drink or food. No exceptions. If this rule is violated, a fee of $150.00 will be applied to your final bill.
No pinatas or confetti.
No alcohol, beverages, or ice chest allowed.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept Cash as final payment. We DO NOT accept American Express, money orders, personal or business checks.
If your entire party takes longer than 15 minutes to exit the party room after the end of your party and the facility – you will be billed an additional $150.00. Our computer system does this automatically! Please respect these rules and again your party host will make you well aware of this.
Gratuity is not included in your party package, 100% of your tip goes to your party host!! They bring all your items in from your car, serve your guests 1 by 1, round up your guests, constantly clean/clean up your party and bring all your items back to your car at the end. It’s a true turnkey service so you as the party mom/dad can actually enjoy your party with your guests. They are the conductor of your party.
